How to receive the Order

If you receive a package that is damaged or shows obvious sign of damage, please refuse the shipment and notify UPGRADE DADDY at support@upgradedaddy.com UPGRADE DADDY will either replace or issue the Refund.

In case if package is delivered, contact the carrier immediately and inform them that they have delivered a damaged package and Notify UPGRADE DADDY within 2 days at support@upgradedaddy.com.

If you fail to report within 2 days, UPGRADE DADDY will not be responsible for any claims.

After Receiving the Order

Before opening the Product box, cutting or opening the factory seal of the product packaging or removing the Shrink Wrap, please check the Part number of the product and verify if the product you received is the product you ordered. If received the wrong item, Notify UPGRADE DADDY at support@upgradedaddy.com within 2 days of receiving the wrong product. UPGRADE DADDY will provide a Prepaid Return Shipping Label and ship the replacement or issue the refund.
